The MyCarrierPortal integration brings authority, insurance, safety, and other carrier information into the Diesel carrier profile. It gives your team a single place to review compliance data.
Diesel can also use MyCarrierPortal workflows for onboarding, risk assessment, monitoring, and carrier actions, with webhooks pushing updates automatically.
How it works

Connect MyCarrierPortal
Go to Account Settings → Integrations → MyCarrierPortal, enter the integration username and password, optionally add a webhook token, and choose “Save & Connect”.

Review carrier data
Diesel pulls authority, insurance and coverage, safety, inspections, crashes, W-9/TIN match, payment and remit information, ELD provider, equipment, lanes, and ratings into the carrier profile.

Assess carrier risk
From a carrier record, preview or run a MyCarrierPortal risk assessment and review the available compliance information.

Manage onboarding and status
Invite a carrier to onboard through your MCP packet, monitor or unmonitor them, block or unblock them, and use the available carrier contact and identity tools.

Receive updates
Webhooks push MyCarrierPortal updates automatically into Diesel.
