123Loadboard + Diesel TMS
Post and manage loads on 123Loadboard from Diesel.
Load Board
What it does
Diesel connects your loads and dispatches to 123Loadboard so you can post freight directly from your TMS. Posting actions and status stay available in the same workflow.
The integration also brings 123Loadboard messaging and notifications into Diesel, so your team can communicate with carriers without leaving the TMS.
How it works
1
Connect 123Loadboard
Go to Account Settings → Integrations → 123Loadboard and choose an authentication mode.
2
Choose your sign-in method
Sign In uses OAuth2, with each user signing in using their 123Loadboard username and password. Flex uses an admin-configured service account, while users enter only their username.

4
Set posting defaults
Configure rate visibility, tracking requirements, preferred and allowed contact methods, booking configuration, and a custom booking URL.
5
Stay in the conversation
Use built-in 123Loadboard messaging in Diesel, while webhooks keep posting status current and multi-truck post counts visible.
