We are excited to announce that Diesel TMS has added a Tags feature! Tags are a lightweight way to add custom icons and labels to virtually anything in the system and surface them wherever that entity appears. Tags also help teams communicate status and intent at a glance without changing core data or workflows.

Here’s How It Works:

• Create a Tag with a name and optional icon/color. (We support hundreds of icons!)

• Attach the Tag to any entity - Dispatches, Loads, Carriers, Drivers, and more.

• See the Tag wherever that entity is displayed - detail pages, lists, and previews.

• Admins can even control access via permissions.

For Example:

• "Hot Load" on a Dispatch or Load for urgent attention.

• "Sketchy" on a Carrier to signal extra diligence.

• "On Probation" on a Driver for temporary monitoring.
